Hii One of my colleague has purchased sony laptop and submitted many times at your center but not getting resolved pls find the detail below - Request you to resolve the matter asap as otherwise i will raise the issue in my own newspaper and other print and electronic media. I made this purchase at Junagadh. Unfortunately, the product has not performed well and been giving me problems a no. of times which is very disturbing and annoying for me and my work. Following were the problems i faced :- 1 Display belt problem 2 Keyboard problem 3 Starting problem 4 Hard disk corruption I have faced so many problems in 10 months of my purchase and i have lost all of my important data as well, So i want either full refund or a replacement. Please look into the matter urgently.
