[Resolved]  Sony / Cybershot Camera DSC - W320 — camera stop working in 10 days from its purchasing

Hi,

I purchased camera on[protected] from Jannat an authorised distributer of Sony in Karnal....Add.139,kunjpura Road, Karnal . It has stop working in 10 days from its purchasing. When i went 2 the dealer and i said that "the camera is not working . i want to replace this camera.they said we dont replace this camera,and you go to the service center if there will be any problem then they will replace this camera they sent me to a service center rajmahal service center. Rajmahal service center said that "its Zooming lance is not working and we will replace its lance" I called up in the sony call center dehli they also told the same thing that they will not replace the camera. I need the camera urgently and now Plz tell me that what is my right ,should it be replaced or i have to replace its lance only. there is a 3 year warranty card along with it too..
