[Resolved] Sony — Vaio laptops | |||
I bought a Sony Vaio laptop CS17g somewhere in Nov 2008. The product did show the following complaints: Over heating of the laptop Extreme fan noise Blue screen appearing with loads of restart cycles. Windows XP not supporting many drivers - at that time there was no support from Vaio for the cause. Now they have provided support for the above problems but only to an extend of 2 yrs from the date of purchase. When the product was launched in 2008 then how can a 2 year warranty cover it. Please help me and guide me through the entire process, i am so fed up with the support that i am planning to file a consumer law suit for the manipulations they have done.
