I, Anirban Halder ( [protected] ) purchased a sony music system in exchange(Get 25% off on M.R.P)of my old unrepairable(Advised by Sony engineers) sony music system from the authorised service centre of sony at garia,fartabad,kolkata on 27/01/2013.But on the delivery date my brand new system was not starting properly,then they delivered the set to hazra service center to start up and get back that set next day.Then I accept the system from garia service center as assured by the engineers,i.e set is ok.
But unfortunately from the 2nd week of purchased date a problem arise in my music system,the music tracs get automatically paused frequently.I launch many complains to Sony customer care and service center also.They picked up my music set to identify the problem but intentionally till today(09/05/2013)they did not find anything,I told them to replace my set...I also gave them(sony engineers) a video copy of the auto pause problem of my music system.This is the drama which I have faced from the brand company"SONY" since last four months, Was this information helpful? |
