[Resolved] Sony — Display Issue (KLV32EX310) | |||
Hi, I bought a Sony LCD T.V. from a dealer in Jumbo Electronics, Muscat - oman - 6th Feb 2012. On 17th April 2013 the TV stopped working, the display was hideous and jumbled though sound was clear. I called up the Sony customer care and an engineer came to my place who informed me that the display Panel is faulty and it would cost approx. Rs. 12000 to get it fixed and there will be no warranty period. I really disappointed with the kind of equipments and products Sony has been offering and It seems, there are so many issues on this SONY LCD TV. Why would someone spend thousands of rupees on a product that does not even work for atleast 1.5 years or 2 years. why do we need to buy a branded item when they are not realiable? Sony India asking me to pay the amount 12000 to resolve the issues., Why should I pay that amount?, This TV is not crossed just 16 months.
