sir,
i bought a VPCYB15AG laptop on 24th mar. On 5th of April it crashed, i did sent a mail to Sony and i just got a reply regarding the service centers location. nobody even bother to call me. the complaint no was 7228717. however that time i followed the recovery steps and it got OK. today again in the morning when i switch on the laptop i didn't start. i called up the customer care, they simple said we cant assit you, you have to visit the service center. i visited the service center in bhilai as per stated in your mail, amazingly they don't deal with laptop. so i have to all the way 60 kms to raipur. and when i gave my laptop to service center (Star Service) they simply said they have lot of work they will look into it on Monday.
my problem is i have to leave for mumbai on 12th morning, and i have presentations to be given. all i want to know is firstly why Sony is making such kind of sub standard things, and secondly why customers are fooled around once they have problem in the system.
