Sony Ericcson G700 Mobile — Touch Screen problem

Sir/madam,
I bought an G700 mobile last year 14 oct 2008.There persist a problem of touch screen jan 2009.It was repaired within 15 days and i got my mobile back.On 16.04.2009 again my touch screen faced an problem.I gave at the service centre and till date i am only hearing commitment of different dates from allindia sony ericcson service centre.
My mobile has not been returnedto me till date.My screen is supposed to be replaced but company is not providing with spare.Since last 2 and a half month i am continuously following up with the service and centre and local authorised dealer but unable to get my mobile back.

I had number of communication with unique communication and all india customer care for sony eicsson mobile([protected]).Still unable to get my mobile till date there is no stock only hearing dates and commitment which keeps on changing.What to be done?
Please help me out and help me in getting my mobile back.
