I have been purchasing sony ericson mobiles twice in this 2 years and it was fine till i didn't take it to the service centre. The last phone that i purchased was W580i nd it had problems within 6 months. When i took it to borivli service centre during warranty period they repaired the phone and gave it to me in 15 days. Again after 2 months it automatically stopped working and this time i gave it in Vasai service center where they gave me after a month. But again it stopped working and this time the warranty was over. But i took it to Borivli service center again where they told me there was display and strip problem and charged me high amount but assured me to rapair it in a day since they wanted money because in warranty its free so they don't return till days. But i couldn't beleive them hence immediately i went to Vasai centre where they told me some other problem that IC of mobile wasnt working. I was shocked both centres were showing different problems and were charging differently. And then it was found by others that service centres purposely interchange the parts of mobile to earn money and even if a small problem is created as big and charged high. Its happening with most of consumers.
