I, Kamaljit Singh, S/o Sh. Rajinder Singh resident of 181, Basti Gobind Garh, Moga, am a fan of Sony Ericcson Mobiles. I purchased various phones namely SE W 550i, W995, W395. Recently I purchased SE Aino U10i Mobile from Deekay Electrovision, Ludhiana, for Rs. 25,000/- on 22.11.2009. For some time, it worked fine, but after 3-4 months, its touch pad stopped responding. The same was got replaced from Sony Service Center (RT Outsourcing Ltd.), Ludhiana on 28.08.2010.
However, to my utter surprise, the touch pad again stopped responding after 20 days. Thereafter, I was busy with my official work relating to receipt & verification of Service Tax Returns of assessees. I tried to contact your local center at Moga namely M/s Super Communication (Jaideep Mehta) on 18.11.2010 but he just reloaded the software & refused to entertain the complaint of Touch Pad saying that I should go to Ludhiana. Since last date for expiration of guarantee is 22.11.2010, you are requested to guide me in resolving the matter. Its for the first time that even after spending hefty amount of Rs. 25,000/-, I am not happy to have such a handset which caused me a bitter experience. Kindly look into the matter.
