[Resolved] Sony Ericsson — Beware of Sony Ericsson Xperia Active st17i | |||
Purchased handset SonyEricsson Xperia Active st 17i 3 months back. Since the day purchased observed problem of call drops, internet miss connectivity, message miss delivery, camera focus issues, photo with lighting issues etc. Reported service center 2 months back, they referred to another service center at Bangalore Jayanagar and took the complaint, promised to deliver in a week to 10 days a new phone. Took almost 45 days and gave an old mobile with scratches on touch screen, back panel, dust at speakers and camera posing it to be new. I rejected the mobile and immediately get a new one but in vain. Due to repeated delays and such surprised response of Customer care of old mobile instead of new mobile replacement I asked for DO letter to purchase any mobile of my choice because I have lost hope in their genuine product delivery. Spoke to Regional Manager telling the wait and nuisance caused and requested I don’t want any delays for the mobile but DO letter to purchase any mobile, but have got no response.
