Sony Ericsson — Not giving my phone back | |||
My self Subrat Jain frm Bhilwara (raj.) i have sony ericsson T-715 whose microphone was not working and the phn is in warranty so i gave my phone at jaipur service centre i.e. RT Outsourcing, Reetika tower, 1st floor gopinath marg, Jaipur. Now its 44 days r over nd still they r just sayin tht ur phone's part which hav to change is not received by them from the company. I also call at head customer care help desk frm where they r saying the same thing. I don't know how much more time they need and wht... bt if anyone plzz sort out my problem i really very thankful to him/her. Was this information helpful? | |||

Very Bad as the same complaint is faced poorest service of the Sony brand

The poorest service ever a customer had about a company especially a branch called Sony Ericsson as the phone had been submitted on 6th Aug 2012 but till date no response from Customer Care & the shop phone no are not at all reachable.
