Subject: - Complaint against faults in mobile set (C-510) and asking for compensation + swapping with new mobile set.

Sir,

I was the loyal customer of Sony Ericsson, purchased a mobile set (Sony Ericsson C-510) from Arora Sons, O-11-A Lajpat Nagar Central Market Delhi - 110024, invoice number 1080 dated[protected].

After 10-15 days the mobile set started giving the trouble in its display screen, sound and camera etc, and then I submitted my mobile set to your customer care centre named as New Delhi Techno Care located at Lajpat Nagar, new delhi-110008 on 6th June 2008, the complaint id was SE[protected]. They took two weeks time to repair my phone but the problem was same and hence I had the submitted the phone again then and there.

After that they again repaired the phone and told me that have replaced the mother board and camera of the phone and now its working fine. But when I visited their place it was the same story and they have again issued me another complaint number at 05:30 PM 15th June SE[protected] and also told me that this phone is not repairable and I have also communicated the same massge to their customer care center and ask them to treat this as a serious issue and get me the replacement as the phone is not repairable.

I again got a massage from Customer care after 2-4 days that now phone is wroking fine you can go and collect the same. But again even the third time it has the same problem after replacing the camera and the mother board along with some software and again a new complaint id SE309TEC11272 and now today when I called they told theh same thing that phone is working fine and you can go and collect it from service center and also told me any replacement is the responsibilty of Service Center not the Customer care and where as Service center said just vice versa.

These status's are the result of my daily feedbacks and then too doesn't seems to be working fine with Sony Ericsson.


Now I request you to swap my mobile set with new mobile along with extended warranty as well as compensation of Rs. 20, 000.00(Rupees Twenty thousand). As the loss which I incurred in business and mental torment due to these above problems.

If you do not fulfill my above requirements then I will suit the case against you in consumer court.

Sony Ericsson phones are defective.If Phones are found defective ..sony ericsson people should ban that model and stop it. And people should be compensated for their Loss and Harassment as well as their customer service is very poor and pathetic and Major Loss is in opting Such phones.So compensation is mandate.

Sony Ericsson C-510 — delay in repairing

I had given my cell phone sony ericsson C-510 for reparing on 20 aug 2010 at janak puri store,new delhi.
imei no is [protected]
it has been about an month now and still phone is not repaired...
On 12 sep i got to know that my phone is repaired....and wen i went there it had been still not repaired
and is not working even now after 3 long weeks of repairing..
is that the fast service u claim!!!??
it was my huge mistake to trust spice service, i promise to not to trust u again.
please look into this matter otherwise i'll have to take strict action in future.

SONY ERICSSON C-510 MOBILE — MOBILE FAULT

I PURCHASED MY MOBILE C-510 OF SONY ERICSSON ON 16TH MAY 2010 WHICH HAVE SOME FAULTS SINCE FIVE MONTHS IN THE WARRENTY PERIOD ITSELF. I HAVE SUMMITED MANY CONPLAINTS AGAINST IT FIVE TIMES.I WANT TO MAKE A HUMBLE REQUEST NOW TO CHANGE MY MOBILE OTHERWISE THERE WILL BE NO CHOICE LEFT FOR ME AND I WILL HAVE TO GO TO THE CONSUMER COURT TO COMPLAINT AGAINST IT.

Sony Ericsson C-510 — Replace of mobile set

My name is Kishan Chand. My complaint work order no. is SE310HKS11063 dated 16.10.2010 and complaint no. is 88635452. I purchased my mobile C-510 of Sony Ericsson on 16.05.2010, which have many faults since five months, which is still in the warranty period. I have submitted many complaints against it but there is no further actions take place in this regard. Therefore, I had made humble request to them, to change my mobile otherwise, there will be no choice left and I will go to the Consumer Forum. Then Service Center of Sony Ericsson i.e. Harkrishan Services, UG-26, Suneja Tower-II, District Centre, Janak Puri, New Delhi, told me that we did not do anything and you go to the Consumer Forum.
I want to get rid from them so Kindly take necessary action in this regard as earliest as possible.
I shall be highly thankful to you.

it has manufacturing fault in it's hearingphone.
