Dear Sir / Madam,
I had bought a Sony Erricson W595 mobile phone 3 months ago by paying 15000/- Rs and few keys were not working after a month. It had free warranty of 1 year, so i took it to a Sony authorised service centre. They said keypad has to be changed and they dont have stock & sent me to another center. The other center kept the phone for a day & later falsely claimed it has liquid damage & i should pay for repair. i asked for estimate. They did not respond to my calls & visits. After a month they are saying it will cost 3000/ Rs. This is a clear case of cheating & i want to sue them & also warn the public about their unenthical trade practice. Many have had same experience with this center in jayanagar.
Kindly advise me about the procedures & steps involved in initiating a legal complaint against them.

I would like to bring into notice to all of the Sony erricson mobile buyers there are lot of fake mobiles where this is very much bulky in middle east. the shop keeper sells with a WARRANTY but when it has problem and go to the service centre for repair they say this is not the Sony erricson product and its a fake one and they are not responsible, and when came to the shop and asked about it they say its not that mob they had sold to us. many have lost money buying this and no one there to look into the matter, and lot of arguments made and finally have to go in vain, so please check and be careful when you go for this kind of stuff, and more over the service centers are very rude and never pay attention for the problems and losses of the costumers, the Name is only as customer care but never care for customers,
