[Resolved]  Sony Ericsson — Bad Quality Of Service

I bought a sony ericsson mobile k850i on 29th April 2008.

I am disgusted by the service that sony ericsson is providing to customers.

I had some problem with my handset K850i and i submitted my phone in the nearest service center of my place on 28th march 2009.

It was the seventh time in an year when my phone was not working properly.

As, it was under warranty and I was told that I will be getting my phone replaced within 15 days. But, it has passed 102 days by now.

I am in the contact of every concerned person, but I havent got my handset. Everytime I am given a date to call on next tuesday and saturday.

I even complained on Delhi's number[protected] days back as well. But, I have got similar response.

It is also requested to provide me any of these, so that I may be able to present my case to higher authorities of sony or sue sony:-

i). address of Head Office of Sony Ericsson, India
ii). contact number or email id of president Mr.Anil Sethi.
iii). contact number or id of General Manager Mr. Sudhin Mathur.

Hope to get a quick response.

Sony has been doing this to many customers..
You should sue them, so that they may learn a lesson
It's the worst mobile company in the world u can say
I jus wanted my reecept on my phone in which the imei number was changed they told no!!!
i was really dissapointed
I have had similar problems with sony India, I have given them my phone C902 phone for repair for the last one and a half month and till now their is no response only promises about call back ... would be delivered tomorrow are what I am hearing, I have been a old sony mobile user but this type of service has left me disillusioned totally.
i am holder of sony R 300 which was purchased by me opn25.10.2008thru giriraj enterprise baroda
and with in 1 year i mean guarantee period i got it repaired 2 time thru service centre of baroda and now iam fed up with this hand set and want 2 replace with any low cost mobile is there any customer with u other wise i will sell the same set on 1/2 cost...is there any facily with sony to replace the same hand set if itis in guarentee perion kindly reply me by mail of on my mobile no [protected]...

I HAVE GIVEN MY CELL FOR REPAIR ON 25/9/09 ( WORKORDER NO.SE309DY110948 ) AND THE PROBLEM REPORTED IS ------- EAR SPEAKER PROBLEM, VOLUME IS TOO LOW.
THE CELL IS STILL UNDER THE WARANTY PERIOD.

REGRET TO MENTION THE POOR SERVICE PROVIDED TO THE UNDERSIGNED. WHENEVER I CALL YOUR SERVICE CENTRE, I AM GIVEN TO UNDERSTAND THAT THE PARTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE. I FAIL TO UNDERSTAND HOW AFTER SO MANY DAYS ( MORE THAN 35 DAYS) THE CELL HAS STILL NOT BEEN REPAIRED. REQUEST FOR IMMEDIATE ATTENTION.
Dear Sir, i m using sony errection K 800 I hand set last more than 6 years now childrens are damadged all body with key pad. i want any way start this handset please advice.

i was asked your care center at kolhapur they refused. where can i give please give the details.
