[Resolved]  Sony Ericsson — customer service

Respected 'sony ericsson' officials. I'm from trivandrum. More than thousands o[censored]nsatisfied customers are there in trivandrum city. We are unable to repair our 'sony ericsson mobile phones' from the "sony ericsson service centre at trivandrum". Lot's of customers are fed up with their attitude. They are delaying the service by saying that" there were no parts of particular mobile & u hav to wait atleast a month for it have to be repaired". Each & every customer face this kind of insult. Trivandrum citizens have a clear idea about the "customer enemy service employes of sony ericsson in trivandrum". Respected officials should conduct an enqiury about the functioning of the service centres & take necessary steps for the sake of sony ericsson customers. I have given my Sony W960i for repair as it could not be started and the guys taking of the Sony ericsson authorised centre here in thane Eternity Mall told me that it will take 4 days for them to get the mobile checked but then after 4 days they told me its a major problem and it will cost big money for repair I told them not to repair and return my phone. After that 7 days have past and whenever I go to collect my phone they only say that it would be done by tomorrow eveing but its never done. I am really fed up with this because everyday I have to go there to listen the same answer and the worst thing is their phone number doesnt wor at all.
Hi. I'm a Sony Ericsson fan, but it totally changed my perception. I owned a K800 for about a year and a half, then suddenly, it doesn't turn on. I brought it to the customer service here in Cebu. Specifically in Ayala Mall. They sent it to Manila for repair. In a month, I got the phone back and they couldn't even explain to me what happened. They simply told me it can't be repaired, without giving me any cause or explanation that I deserve. I don't know if it was the service? or just mere truth that your mobile phones are not durable enough?.. I have two phones and there's no way it is overused. Now I lost all my contacts which is the most important data.I belive that it was still in good condition. It so happened that after the warranty expires, that's when the phone gave up. I believe, I deserve an explanation. Now, I'm very hesitant to get another Sony Ericsson mobile. I hope I get a feedback on this.
myself sudhanshu has given my handset sony ericssion(w5501) for repairing the keypad and speaker in the service centre of patna. when i visited to receive my handset the employ named radha kumari told me that the thee is no problem with the keypad its flash has to be changed and it will cost rs2500.
it took them 40days to manage flash.and again i visited there she told me that its keypad ic has problem and total cost will be of 4500.they pended my mobile for 50days and finlly misbehaved with me at the toime of returning
