Sony Ericsson — VERY BAD SERVICE

i purchased a phone from THE MOBILE STORE sec.18, noida.that has a no. of mobile company agents than its own employess.Its employees don't hav knowledge of product n they just hav a target to sell their product.ther are reducing the faith of TATA .i think such shops should be closed.

i have sony ericsson 800i, i purchased my mobile in UAE & date of purchase10.07.2008, second day i try to to listen radio, some time caching station and some time not, after 8 day i vent to service center, they says, thiss is handsfree cable problem and we cant give warranty for that, ok i purchaged new handsfree cable, still same. after some days i vent back same service center. they r recived my set they r repaired. after repaired 2 days woking nicely. again i i facing same problem. for same complant give o repair 4 times, after repaired 23 days working nicly and again same, now my mobile warranty finished. still i am facing same problem. i am totally diagree, to sony service
