[Resolved]  Sony Ericsson — Phone repair , lajpat nagar customer care sentre

I had bought a sony erricson f305 phone which soon developed problems with its screen. I gave it to repair workshop of sony ericsson at lajpat nagar , new delhi.

The phone has been submitted on 22/8/2009 and since then i havnt got ma phone back. They claim that parts required to repair are short. how can that be ? That sony ericsson ..the company to who makes the phone is short of its parts?

I want to know what legal action can i take? and how? Work order number being SE 309 CEC 14836
