[Resolved] Sony Ericsson — Poor Body Quality | |
Dear Sir, Six months back i brought this mobile (G503-Sony Ericsson).In between these period,i complainted three times in an authorised sony ericsson service Center about its poor body quality (its getting shade)and anothrer is getting resetted in between calls. But upto now they didnt provide any proper response to change its body. The company offer 1 year warrenty condition. 1. The silver trimmings (i.e. Send/End Button and the Middle Button) are slowly chipped away. Now all I have is a translucent plastic without markings.
2. The outer screen is slowly becoming loose on the left and right side so I now have air pocket marks on the inside which is annoying.
3. Frequent Hang and restart while making /receiving call.
For 1 and 2, I visited a Sony Ericsson Service center in East Delhi and I was suggested to change the outer body panel for whopping INR 2200.00, or USD45. Isn't this a cheating?
