sir/madam, i am B.V.Subba Rao, Ongole, Andhra Pradesh. i bought Sony Ericsson Mobile No is W 580I(IMEI No is [protected]) at Sangeetha Mobile Showroom in Ongole vide Inv No.SI/ONG/153/19.10.2009. After 2 days i found a problem which is Phone hangs for 40 seconds and then restarts, other audio problem. i gave it to Local Sony Ericsson Servicing which the servicing centre name is Sri Venkata Sainadha Electronics. they returned to me the next day and said the problem was rectified. after two days again the same problem was found and including that the mobile set was hanged. again i gave it to servicing centre and the above process was do 4 times even they changed Mother Board the same problem was rewined. now i am getting same problem. the servicing persons are not rectifying the problem and i am getting problem due to them. so, i want the piece should be rectyfied or exchange new piece. thanking you sir, my contact number +91-[protected] Was this information helpful? | |

Last year i bought one sony ericsson W-580i mobile in dubai and while i try to use that in india its not working, but after completing my vacation i came back to dubai and not still i am using the same mobile, i don't know why it is not working in dubai, may be some lock, kindly suggest me what to do
