sir, i have purchased 1 mobile phone from vaishno electronics model no k350i as on 5-08-08 situated at 131 mcd market gaffar market karol bagh wide bill no 18412 n book no 185 n today as on 20 -10-08 i went to ur service center named vibra tec situated on 9/14 east patel nagar n a person had atalk with me regarding this matter n he told me that the mobile is not covered under warranty so i[censored] can take care of the matter its fine n my no is2574511 n if not the matter will be putted in the consumer court at isbt delhi my complaint id is ses 08vib14426 so prosses it fast else see u in consumer court at delhi n the matter will be be published in hindustan times, times of india since this is 3rd mail from my side n u r notreplying so i have filed acase agaist u in isbt consumer forum n u will be reciveing the notice shortlyu can call me also on mob no[protected]

i have also facing problem of charging and handsfree in my phone.i have replaced its jet and handsfree 3-4 times in a period of 6 months but it resolved for a short period and occured again and again.for details call me at my no [protected]

i priya brat pandey purchased a mobile in 16-06-08 but after 8 months the baterry will automatic discharge. i have lodrge to many complain in hots pot store no body can give me right suggesstion.
even i have keep the origional receipt which is given by hots pot stotre at the time of purchasing . and now when i try to call his no. no body pick the mobile no[protected]
