SONY ERICSSON MOBILE w380I — Faulty handset
I bought a Sony Ericsson handy W380i from Sony World, Green Park, New Delhi, for Rs.8590/- as a gift to my daughter on her birthday. The purchase was made on July 24, 2008. We were in India on a holiday and have since moved to Germany.However, within a week, the screen of the mobile would not turn on when flipped open. It seemed to have a mind of its own. It would come on sometimes and sometimes not. I took it back to Sony World and asked for a replacement as it hardly a week since I had purchased it. The owner was very rude and flatly refused to replace it. He, however, took the set from me and sent it to their Service Centre. The mobile was returned to me after three days, supposedly repaired. But it malfunctioned again within a day. So, I went back to the Service Centre. After once again repairing it, the mobile was returned. But the problem persists and my daughter has not been able to enjoy her gift at all.
Can something be done?

sony ericsson W380i — Faulty phone from sony ericsson
i bought a new w380i cell phone on 08april08. since then i'm struggling with this faulty phone. i have given it for service for three times. but still the condition of my phone is awful. n now again i have problems with this awful product of sony Ericsson. n i want the company ppl to replace my phone with a new handset . 4th time i have given my phone for service n this time i dont want my faulty cell back.
