Hi,
This complaint is in regards to a Sony Erricson mobile that i bought for my wife last year 21/03/2011. The make of the model is W100i and i bought this from a dealer in Janakpuri New Delhi for Rs 4900.(Mobile Planet)
The mobile phone started giving problem from the very 1st week like:-
it use to hang,
It use to show out of memory every time i wanted to send a text message
It wont respond if i try to open an application.
So i went back to the dealer from where i bought this phone, he took the phone and told me to come next week as he wanted to send the mobile phone to the service center, i went next week and he told me that the phone is OK now as he got it rebooted and all.
I came back home and i faced the same problems again, i went to the shopkeeper again and this time he reacted very badly and didn't help me at all, he told me to that i will have to contact the service center and he cant do anything about it, he even told me that he wasn't interested to listen to what i had to say.
Next day i went to the service center of Sony Erricson in Janakpuri and i was advised by the center owner that this is a problem with the handset, it has low internal memory and nothing can be done about it.
I am feeling cheated and helpless.
I was told by one of my friend and my father that you people actually take care of these things that's why i am approaching you
Would request you to kindly look into the matter and see if anything can be done about this
