I HAVE BOUGHT A SONY ERICSSON F-305 CELL ON[protected]. 1. AFTER 1 MONTH THERE IS A DISPLAY PROBLEM OCCURED. 2. THEN AFTER 2 MONTH CHARGING PORT IS OUT OF FUNCTION. SERVICE CENTER GIVES IT TO ME AFTER 2 WEEKS. 3. THERE AFTER BUTTON PROBLEM OCCURRED IN CELL. THIS ALSO TAKES APPROX. 2 WEEKS TO REPAIR. 4. THEN THERE IS SLIDE PROBLEM. THEN THEY AGAIN CHANGED USB PORT OF THE CELL 5. AGAIN CHARGING PORT DIDN’T WORK PROPERLY. 6. LAST BUT NOT THE LEAST THERE IS A N/W PROBLEM IN THE MOBILE FOR THE LAST COMPLAIN MY WORKORDER NO. ISSE310SSM10405 & COMPLAINT NO. IS 87042842 WHEN I CALL ON YOUR CUSTOMER CARE THEY ALSO MIS-BEHAVE WITH ME ON THIS ISSUE. MY QUESTIONS TO U ARE:: 1 WHAT’S THE USE OF WARRANTY IF I DIDN’T HAVE MU CELL FOR THE 4 MONTHS. 2 WHY U DON’T GIVE A BACKUP PHONE TO ME SO THAT MY WORK WILL GO ON SMOOTHLY. 3 IS THE MESSAGE U WANT TO GIVE IS “ U CAN BUY ANY SECOND ORDER COMPANY CELL & DON’T TRUST SONY ERICSSON “. SIR, BEING A GOOD CUSTOMER, I WANT YOU TO INTERFARE IN THIS CASE. I AM VERY MUCH UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE & BEHAVIOUR YOU GIVE TO UR VALUED CUSTOMER . LAST YOU SHOULD TELL ME WHAT TO DO NOW.
