Hi, I am bought Sony Ericsson G900 mobile on 07 Nov 2008. I am usually customer of Nokia but looking at the feature of Sony Ericsson I got attracted and bought this G900 at the cost of Rs 20,000.When a person buys such a costly cell its always an expectation that it will beworkable with mentioned features. My expectation with the cell phone is to get the mentioned featured workable at least under warranty period. The day I bought the cell it was a big trouble for me till now, 7 to 8 time its been repaired. The majority of the time job sheet been created under Sony Ericsson Kalyan branch with poor service The Receptionist looks to be illiterate . Number of time I need to travel to Thane Sony Ericsson service center.Now in 11 Months of experience the cell was under repair center for 3 to 4 months this shows I not enjoyed the experience at all and its one of the worst experience I am having. I bought new Nokia cell so that once G900 go under repair I can use this. You can understand what impression running under my mind for G900 serviceafter spending 20K.
The Status is that the cell phone is again with non-workable status at RT Outsourcing Vikhroli (Mumbai) with“Hanging Problem and No display”. Now looking at the cell it seems the Display (screen) is getting changed. It’s hard for me to use cellc osting 20k having each part being repaired. It seems the problem exists with cell phone. The majority parts of the Cell phone is been replaced (Touch screen, Mother board, Displayscreen) and I think with such condition it’s not possible for me to accept the repaired cell phone further.
Now i got call from them to collect cell. I asked them for get it replace by RT Outsourcing and even sony ericsson service center they are not doing it. what i do they are not ready to do that.
I not accepted the cell yet can anyone please tell me wht i do.

When I visited Sony Ericsson Service Centre, they asked me to deposited the Mob Set & they take 2 week to return my Set after replacing Mother Board.
For 2 weeks i was disconnectd from all . Whenever I contacted their Call Centre/ Service Centre. Every time I was asked to contact after 3-4 Days.
I feel Sony Ericsson is moving to its worst phase in terms of Quality & Customer Care.
