[Resolved] Sony Ericsson - Handsfree — Negligance from Service Center -Pune

My handsfree was not working properly and it was in warany period hence I took it to sony ericsson service center (New tirupati services, Pimpri, pune) they assured me free replacement within 15/20 days and now it is more than 45 days and I am not getting any satisfied answer from them. Every time I visit the center I hear only one answer that is " We have not received your replacement yet and we cant say how long will it take " Always I see lot people there having lots of complaints regarding service. I have a similar complaint.My handset Battery has got some problems.I have given it in the service center since 10 days.there is no positive reply from their end..

Hi,

This Amol Jadhao. I brought a new cell phone of sony ericsson model R300 on 17th May 2009. I getting voice problem in handfree as well as in Cell phone. It's new phone i brought before 2 days so i think it should not give any problem. Even though it is giving problem in fluctuation of voice in cell phone and handsfree is not workig properly.

So please do the needful for that

My mobile was not working properly, just took b4 three month, at given at salora but they given me alomsot same handset with same problem till. this is the worst servie under the sony good brand name they should take serving dept toward them as well.

Yes I also have bad experience with the Sony Erricsson Service Centre regarding handsfree.
Now a days the sony erricssion service centre which was on Tilak Road Pune has shifted to Shivaji Nagar and they have just given the contact number and not the detailed new address at the old place.
Its the third class service provided by the excellent brand like SONY ERRICSSON.
