Sony Ericsson: - Harkrishan Service Centre — Very poor after sale service | |||
I have given my cell phone:u10i(Aino) to HarKrishan services, District Centre, Janak Puri for display and slide problem on 10 March,2011. They have such a poor after sale service that they are not able to arrange some parts to rectify the problem. Today, its more than 25 days since my cell phone is with them but the status of the handset is same: "waiting for the part". I had even registered my complaint: 89935654ri on Sony Ericsson's complaint deptt on phone, but they also speaks the same language. I think Sony Ericsson has lost all the good image they had initially. My 2 friends are also facing similar issues with service centres of Sony Ericsson. Guys... Never go for Sony Ericsson handsets. Undoubtedly, they look good, but you will definitely gonna suffer afterwards..
