I had purchased a mobile handset from sony ericsson, the model no is J20i the bill dated 14/06/2010 the IMEI no is [protected].
the problem begins when I got a problem in handset, the display of the handset was blank and keypad of the handset was not working,
1- I visited to service center of Sony Ericsson located at Borivali West, the name of service center is S. G. infotech and give the handset for repairing on 8th of October 2010. They promised to give me the handset after 10 days but I got my handset after a lot of followups on 2nd Nov 2010.
2- After coming down to home I got that the slider of handset was not working properly. Again I visited to the same service center and they said to me (what they do with my handset I don't know) that the handset is working properly now,
3- But the slider is not working properly once again. The slider of my handset is not sliding, I have attached the photo of my handset along with this complain.
please suggest what I should to do?
