Sony Ericsson / K530i — Headphones not working | |
Dear Sir, I had purchased a k530i model from Mobile Store, Shipra Mall, Noida around six months back. Now my headphones has stopped working. Can it be replaced/ repaired free of cost as my cell phone is still under warranty period? And if it can, then where should i go for replacement/repair, a Sony Ericsson service centre or the same mobile store from where i purchased the cell phone? Please reply soon.
