Sony Ericsson K810i — My doubts regarding service. | |
In your service center in tirupathi are they trained properly? As when i approched them they suggested me to go private service centers or any mobile stores not even for me, they are suggesting customers to hav there work at other private service centers and even i asked them to order panel for my mobile K810i they replied me that if i get panel from any other shop then they can aligne the panel for it, i brought panel myself, even they are unable to arrange it properly. MY DOUBTS ARE: Are they trained properly? Is it they way of approching a customer? Are the employes working there working for service center or for private service centers? If situation like this continues then how and were we have give our mobile to servicing? Is it possible to give a direct complaint to sony ericsson.? hi i am using sony ericsson k810i model .my mobile panel got damaged .i am not getting it any where .when i asked company shop keeper he is telling that it costs for 2000 to 3000.can i get it anywhere else for low cost
