I have had the same problem ever since I purchased it and every time I handed it in the 3 store who is the official sonyericsson fixing service would tell me that they have no record of my former complaint.
Now the phone is out of warranty and I cannot read 28 messages.
I have tried to upload data before, but, I know I will lose all my messages.
I am so upset.
Why did they sign me into a contract with this crap phone.

Mobile given for service at Eternity mall, Thane, service centre.Third time they are giving my mobile since almost three months, which I use for only one day and again the same problem.If it is not possible to repair, why dont you replace the piece.
