Sony Ericsson — complain about service center

Respected sir,i have got my new sony ericsson zylo from kota sony ericsson in month of september2010.At present it is in working condition after lot of efforts &humble request .The customer care is not responding for my phone.In my phone there is a sliding problem so my phone is in dead condition for last 15days
