Sony Ericsson Mobile India — Complaint

Dear Sir/Ma'm,
With due humiliation i am trying to register a complaint against the Sony Ericsson Mobile,India for sloppy service and neglect of consumer rights.
I had purchased a Sony Ericsson Mobile W595 on 03/01/2009 from Essar Telecom Retail Ltd.,Kamlanagar worth Rs.14,059.It was the latest model from Sony Ericsson at that time.
My mobile handset was under one year warranty.It was erratic from the beginning.After about 2 months o[censored]se,some of its buttons became nonfunctional and it started to hang.I contacted the Sony Ericsson Customer Care which guided me with the address and the location of the nearest service center.It was RT Outsourcing Ltd,Roshanara Road,Kamla Nagar.I searched for the service center for approximately 2 days frantically but since there was no board/sign on the shabbily constructed service center,i had great problems even tracing it.The Service Center people at Roshanara Road couldn't repair it and they took my mobile to send it over to the main service center at Okhla.I received back my mobile after around 10 days.It was repaired.But i had to stay without a mobile during that period.
Now,in September on 20th,my mobile display went totally blank,There was no display at all.
I approached the same service center on 24th September and they again deposited my mobile saying that it needed to be sent over to Okhla again.They said that it might take 5 working days to get repaired.
It is 29th October today(more than 40 days) and i haven't received my mobile handset yet.I have ben calling the Service center at Roshanara Road so many times and they gave me the Sony Ericsson helpline number.I have called the Sony Ericsson Customer support so many times.I have even lodged a complaint regarding the same at their customer support,but they never reverted back to me,nor have i received my handset till now.
Sir/Ma'm,i am a medical professional by occupation and you must understand how important it is for me to have my handset with me as i am on call several days in a week.I have been in embarrassing situations like this on several occasions just because i didn't have my handset with me.The Company charges so exorbitantly for their so called trustworthy handsets but they are always erratic and neither does the company provide the customer with an alternate handset for the time-being,at least till the duration the handset has gone for repair.
I need to bring this into your kind notice,so that i may be redressed of my woes.

Sony Ericsson Mobile India — Service

I have bought a Sony Xperia mini pro (IMEI No. [protected]) in this year March month. After 3 month I have got problem in mobile. I have submitted my mobile in Sony Ericsson Service center in Agra; Mobile AMC services_CP. My work order no SE312PMA10423 in Aug 27 2012. But still I have not received my mobile. Whenever I called then told the same thing that parts pending for my mobile. I am very upset with the service of this type organization.

Please do the needful action.
