[Resolved]  Sony Ericsson Mobile Mo. No. J105i — mobile is not working properly

i have bought 3G handset model.no j105i ,on 17/05/2010 .But it is hanged and call is also not disconnecting.Within two month i these kinds of problem.When i gone to the service centre in ALLAHABAD they submit my complains and handset but they can't gave me satisfactorly and they have not their personal ID no. whiich is given by company.
so kindly help me and take necssary action.and give me some response i can faith ur company on next time.
