Dear Sir/Madam I have purchased a Sony Ericsson mobile model no. F305 on dtd 04.03.2009 from Cell Mart Bhubaneswar. The IMEI no is [protected]. After purchasing of mobile I found some technical defects. So I booked the cell at your authorized service station on dtd. 11/07/2009. The Job card prepared at the service station is SE309SPS10236. The main problem is display problem and problem at the Music speaker. But already two months gone till yet it has not been returned back to me. Everyday I am going to the service station but they are always saying that the parts is not available. I want to know when I will return back my cell. My contact no is [protected]. If I will not get confirmation regarding the return of my cell within two days then I will file consumer case against the company and service center.
