I purchased sony ericsson mobile set model no K810i on13/2/2009. IMEI NO.- [protected] .Then i submitted the set to (sony ercsson service centre) CELL COM ,627, G.T.ROAD, SRERAMPORE, HOOGHLY for microphone problem, loud speaker problem , charging problem on 23/4 /2009. they could not repair the set. Again I submitted the set at ( SONY ERICSSON SERVICE CENTRE) R T OUTSOURCING SERVICES LTD. 2 Ripon Street , KOLKATA -16 for same problem on 30/4/2009. Complaint I.D .No SE[protected]. Dtd 30/402009. They delivered the set on 22/5/2009 .After one months again I faced same problem with front camera problem, bluetruth problem . I submitted the set at NEOSA ELECTERONICS - KOLKATA. 43/4A, Hazra Road, Kolkata ( SONY ERICSSON SERVICE CENTRE) . Till date I did not get any reply from service centre. I AM BEING HARASSED BY SONY ERICSSON . I HAVE DONE A GREAT MISTAKE TO BUY THIS SET Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Sony Ericsson K810i — mobile not working

if i connect the mobile to the charger it is not getting charge and also not working.

K-810 i Sony ericsson — Mobile problem & service Problem

I have encountered problem of Sony Ericsson Mobile model K-810 i regarding Switchoff Automaticlayy after every shorttime. I submitted the mobile (under warrenty) to Faridabad Mobile Service Centre on. But they are always saying that spare part is not available & it will take time.

It is highly inconvenient for customer like us especially for a product from a Branded Company.

Need your intervention to resolve the issue. If the product is lying in service centre for long time then they should either replace the handset or hand over another mobile to us.

Can some one stay with out Mobile for one months and still not sure when i will get it back?

[protected], my right sight earphone is not working since long, and i have no time to go anywhere due to my JOB, so i request you to please look into this matter and change it as soon as possible, kindly revert on my mail.
