To, Date:03/09/08 The Head Consumer Court Sub: Complaint against SonyEricsson Sir, Myself Prashant Dwivedi working in Larsen & Toubro Limited. I had purchased a mobile Model no w580i of Sony Ericsson from Ganpati Mobile, shop no G-17-18 Sri Ram tower, Ashok Marg, Lucknow on 17 Sep 07.of Rupees Thirteen thousand & fourty two only. (Rs13, 042/-) Bill no 1545. Mobile IMEI NO [protected] Battery no: BST36 My mobile is in under warranty till 16 Sep 08. Sir, on 15 july08 i had problem in charging connector of my mobile so i visited to Sony Ericsson service center, SONIC Infotech, first floor, Faridi building, Maqbara road, Hazratganj, Lucknow-1. They repaired my mobile & return me after seven days. But same day i had problem in memory card of my mobile i.e. not working, when i visited to service center they says that memory card not comes in under warranty but sales dealer told me that memory card comes in under warranty, then i again visited to service center & ask them kindly replace my memory card it comes in under warranty then they accept it & says we will replace it with in seven days, so i submitted my memory card on 28/07/08, but till today i have not get new memory card from them. Case Id or job card no for memory card :E8LKW:28/07/08-06 And on 01/08/08 i had problem in LCD and battery of my mobile so again i visited to same service centre then service engineer of service centre says that we are unable to repair your mobile now due to unavailibilty of spares & says spares are coming on 08/08/08 so kindly leave your mobile so i submitted my mobile on 02/08/08 with battery but till today (27/08/08) my mobile is not repaired now they are saying that we are unable to repair your mobile you please visit any other service centre. Case Id or job card no for battery & LCD :E8LKW:02/08/08-04 Sir, I have lost very important business contacts & data because memory card got corrupted & not replaces by sony ericsson till today. Sir, i am unable to communicate & suffering from business loss due to unavailibilty of mobile & they are saying that they are unable to repair my mobile. Sir, i am mentally & financially harrashed. Sir, now what i do?, where i visit? Sir after facing these problems, i am knocking your door & i hope that you will take appropriate strict action against Sony Ericsson and help me for replacement of my mobile. I had given my phone before 40 days for display change and still today the official staff is answering that they had sent my display to company but the company had not provided new display still this day.my phone is under warranty period but i m very diappointed from your service.Without my phone i faces very very problems for communication each and every day.So how can I trust sony phone next time for me or my friends ? waiting for ans and your process of repairing.Wishing a better ans and service from the company to keep my trust live in sone erricson phones.29%
