[Resolved] Sony Ericsson Mobile Phone Model J120i — Mobile does not take charge | |
Dear Sir/Madam: I bought this Sony Ericsson Mobile Model J120i on 20 February 2009. It works for sometime than it quits taking charge. I charge for 8-10 hours and then the mobile says "battery empty" and it shuts down. I have been to two Sony Ericsson Service Centers in Jaipur 4 times (2 visits to each center). Every time they fix it it works for a few weeks and then same problem. I requested them to replace the mobile because it is a "lemon" (factory defect) but they do not listen. In the US they gladly replace a defective item. But in India, they do not care if the customer has to go to the service center again and again and again. I do not know what to do now.
