Dear Sir/Madam,
I had purchase Sony Ericsson mobile set no.W580i on January 22, 2009.After using it for few month i am facing various technical problem with this set like display problem, connector problem, key pad problem, heating problem, sowftware problem, battery back up problem etc.There after i want to your service center in Lajpat Nagar(New Delhi Technocare, E-17, Ground floor, Central Market, Lajpat Nagar-2)for the servicing purpose.
I gave my mobile to them and the minimum time required by them for repair is 1 week.When i call them to enquire my phone status they required 1 more week to repair it and then after complition of second week i want there to collect my phoneThe only thing they repair was display screen of my phone and nothing else.
Than i went again to service center with bunch of problems and re submit my phone including back cover to change connector or battery and to repair other problems as well to Mr.Devender(receiving person). Mr.Devender asked me it took 4 to 5 day to repair.
And now i have gone after 2 weeks to receive my handset when i enquire about my back cover Mr.Devender told he did not submit my mobile back cover and they dnt even provide me new battery.
Now i m facing this type of problem. I want please reply me what should i do in this situation. Was this information helpful? |
