[Resolved] Sony Ericsson Mobile W20 — Repair | |||
I have purchased a mobile handset model W20 on 16th July10. Its front key pad was not working properly so I submitted the set for repair on 24th Nov 2010 by work order no SE310LT111269. It was told by the service center the part is not available it will take a week to get the part. On 2nd Dec 2010, I called customer care Mr. Ankur Yaday the person on phone launched the complaint no. 89039051 and asked for 48 working hours for the compliance. On 9th dec 10 I asked for the same it is informed by Mr Gaurav Dubey that the status is same and complaint is pending for the part. I have asked the company to provide new mobile immediatly otherwise I have move to consumer forum. Kindly do the needful to get the mobile or the losses mentally and financially which i beared in those days of non communication. thanks Avnish saxena mobile no.
