I had given my Sony Ericsson Mobile Phone Model W910i to the Sony Ericsson Service Centre people on 18th May 2009, which was under warranty of 1 yr, due to hanging problem every now and then.
They called up just once to return me my cell phone that too with two parts missing (music press key and memory card cover), which they must have lost themselves. I had refused to take that and showed him the job sheet stating everything in place at the time of submission.
Now its around a month, and the Sony Ericsson Service Centre People are not entertaining my complaint and not returning my cellphone.
I feel its such a pity on sony ericsson that such a good brand hires such people. I want my cell back with its all parts intact at the earliest.

Sir, I have purchased Sony Ericsson naite mobile phone on 5 july 2010. Unfortunately I got a problem with my phone charging pluge(socket).As I have warranty for this I have approached the Authorised Sony Ericsson service centre but they told that it is working properly.I even explained problem that it shows some time like charging and it wil not be charged and headset is also not showing proper connection when plugged in . I also told that one also but of no use.Yesterday I faced this problem please solve my problem sir. I have warranty and cash bill also sir
