Sony Ericsson P1i — Bad Service quality

I had purchased P1i just a few months back, I am ruing the same why did I go for a sony erricson cell, unknowing of the type & quality of service these people render to its customers. The Phone borke down within a month of purchase and has been lying at one of their service centre Trinity Solutions at sector 17 Vashi, It has been 2 weeks since the cell is there. They are saying they are not able to get the touch screen pannel all this while and every time I go there or call they say 2 days more. This is what I have been hearing from them. I call sony erricson call centre, they ask me to call up after 48 hours.On calling after 48 hours since the issue is not resolved, i am being told to call up after 48 working hours (i.e. 5 days). This is truely ridiculus of the company that is full of jokers and aims to be known for technological superiority...

i want to say that i purchased the mobile sony erricsson s302.and from the date of purchase ,it is in service centre.at least i have submitted it 6 times for repairing.but everytime i got the unrepaired handset.i want to do complaint against sony. and i will advise other people not to buy any sony phone in future.

sir i had given my phone in vijayawada service center on 16th oct 2009.They did not in formed abt the problem and that they need to keep in observation for 2. on the second day when i visted the service centre, they said that the phone is forwarded to chennai for board repair. they did not informed me also. they said the it will take 7days, but a month past but no response from them. When in persanolly visted the centre they said that it will take 2 more day. but a month past but no mobile details were informed... myphone model no.J132
