Sony Ericsson — Product Sony Xperia Arc-S

I am using Soney Ericssion Xperia Arc-S. I purchased this from Mobile shop in Dwarka Sector-5 New Delhi.
1. This phone hangs quite often and stops functioning. I requested dealer, he suggested that this is a known issue and we need to boot the mobile every day.
2. Its battery requires recharge in every 12hrs.
3. Signals go even quite often while other phones were working with the same network.
I at the time when this phone was sold, dealer said that it is the fastest phone and battery remains for 2 days. Now he is not listening to any complaint and neither company service center is ready to help. Kindly advice.
