Sony Ericsson S312 — Phone Security Code not activate

Dear SIr

I have purchased new handset of Sony Erricson mobile S312 on dt.22.11.2009 from BIG C at Guntakal branch show room vide My IMEI No.[protected]-1,IMEISV -25, when I would like to activate Phone Security Code as per instruction given in manual, the same has not responding and not activating. Please how can do the same inform to my email.address given above.
