Sony Ericsson — Service Center is not giving us service. Not giving back my phone

Dear sir
I have a phone of company sony ericsson xperia neo v which had problem in touch was submittd to d sony service station at Kanpur on 12 th july..the company has given many confirmations but all were false .we were told to wait for 7 to 10 days after 10 days when i cld up they again told to wait for another 10 days and it hs been a month and a half and i havent got my phone..the senior represntatives at the costmr care dnt talk in a humble way and hve given mny false dates for receiving d phone.

Sir, plz do the needful

Sony Ericsson — my phone not given back by service center

my mobile phone sony erison xperia neov i have it sony service center for battery backup problem but they damaged my touch and phone not giving my phone and sony care said that i have wait for 2 weeks more i have sumited my phone on 15 may 21012
and my work order no is SE[protected]
and my compalin no in sony is SES[protected]
my call refernce is[protected]
pls solve my isuee as soon as possile i frustated
and service dosnt give any reply
