Hi, Sony Ericsson Service center (Salora International, HSR Layout, Bangalore) are worst service providers, They dont know in and out of the mobile and simply make you wait. They will take min 1 and half month to repair a mobile and you have visit their shop atleast 5-6 times and everytime u have to wait atleast 1 hour just to know that ur mobile is not repaired. If you loose your patience and talk bit loudly they will say that they are not afraid of anybody. They work like government ofiice employees. I dont still understand why Sony Ericsson pays for these guys and what would be the future of the company if it continues like that. Was this information helpful? | |

I actually work for another cell phones manufacturer which is LG, USA division unfortunately i would like to change my cell phone and would like to get a sony ericsson. Do you know by any chance, the email address where i can send a complaint/questions to SONY ERICSSON directly? ive been reading and going through reviews, and have read good/bad things and have a few questions.
