I have given my Sony Xperia Mobile Handset for changing the Glass which fell down and broke.
They Charged me 9000 to change the class.
I have spoken to Mr Venkatesh their manager and was advised by him to send him a mail its almost a month still there is no response even after speaking to him couple of times.
Every time i call service centre they say that they have not received any reply.I have never experience such a poor service. Whenever i call i get the same answer its surprising to note that to change the glass it costs me 9000 when the mobile cost is only 13000.
