I had purchased C905 model (IMEI No. [protected]) in 2010 end from spice network (rs. 13,500). After 3 months of working the hardware of the same tore off & audio, earspearker problem occured in that. The cell was under warranty & submit the same to sony service centre at sector-14, gurgaon. It's date is 18thfeb'2011 & work order no. Se311utt10087. After that despite of repeated reminders & personal follow up (even sending mails to sony customer care & head of service) I was not able to recover my cell phone.
I want to place a penalty on sony on account of poor service & customer harrasment. I have original repeipt of purchase, original work order receipt & mails communication with sony as an evidence.
