i have bought 2 new soni-ericsson mobiles on 4th nov.2010.from starting its not working properly,it hangs,playback failed,auto off(automaticaly switch off),out of memory.i went to dealer he said to go to service center.i also went there they said it is a software problem,they uploaded a software...but the problems did not stops...again i go there again they uploaded another softwere......but still i m facing same problems..they said they can't do anything..please help me..and do justice with me Was this information helpful? |
1. Firstly, make a final reminder to the Head of Sony Ericcsson on the subject matter.
2. If no action, would be taken within a period of 15 days then in that event file a complaint with the Consumer Forum, Delhi alonhg with all the supportings in this regard along with other customer complaints in order to have a favourable order.
3. In the prayer clause itself, ask for the replacement of the handset along with the litigation expenses and the cost for the mental agony and harrasment being caused to you by this conduct on behalf of the Sony Ericcson.
You will definately succeed, since their name must be in the defaulters list maintained with the Consumer Forum.
