I purchased the Sony ercisson ST15i Model in Ranchi on 23rd september 2011.The mobile phone from last one month is giving problem "it keeps on vibrating even if the vibrator mode is set off".I went to the SONY showroom and reported about this problem,but they told they dont have any idea about it better you go to the SONY Service center.On 19th November 2011,I went to the SONY service center(ACCEL CITY CENTER,UG 29,CITY CENTER,OPP GOSSENER COLLEGE,CLUB ROAD,RANCHI,PHONE:[protected] and told about this problem,They told me that its a Motherboard problem and would take around one month for the replacement of the mother board and gave me the Recipt with work order number:SE[protected].
On 1st December they called me and told me that Handset is ready,you can come and take it.When i reached the Service center they told me that they cant check the mobile phone now because we dont have the battery and asked me to bring the battery.Again i travelled 3 km back to my home to bring the battery.After inserting the battery they told me look its working fine now but within 5 min the problem came back and again they told me that there is some problem with the motherbaord.
I am fed of all this excuses now.I trusted a lot on SONY Ericssion but after going through all this mental trauma ,I have lost the complete faith on the company.Please look into this matter seriously or I have no other choice other than filing a case in consumer forum.
