Sir I bought Sony Ericsson Spiro(w 100i) on 15/12/2010 for RS 5000/-. From the same day onwards it has a problem- when camera captures a picture, phone switches off(in bright conditions & when memory card is occupied). Next day I met the retailer(Atlas Mobile Store, Thodupuzha, idukki,kerala), he said to me to contact sony ericsson service centre. then I met service centre ,they repaired many times but phone had the same problem and they dint repair the phone even after 1/1/2011 But i found that the problem exists for all the w100i phones and it is not only my problem. Now phone is with me,,,Retailer said me that Sony Ericsson company is not ready to replace the phone. I am helpless . pls help me. Was this information helpful? | |||

Sony Ericsson — Warranty
I have purchased a new mobile (Sony Ericsson - K810i- Rs 11050/-) in January 2009 with warrenty of 1 year,last month on 17th August 09 i gave it to service centre of sony ericsson in East Patel Nagar.On 28th August 09 they replaced my K810i with a second hand mobile C510 (Already used) mobile with a single line "ur set is damaged because of manufacturing defect".On same day (28th August) replaced set also shows some problem like hanging,missing of memory card and yellowish picture at evening time after a good quality flash which is available in mobile and finally same service centre take the mobile on 02.09.09 and told us that confirm after 4-5 days.Im facing a heavy torture from Sony Ericsson.Please suggest me or Help me.
